PET SPRAY BOTTLES

THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER


Polycarbonates, known by the trademarked names Lexan, Makrolon, Makroclear and others, are a particular group of THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER. They are easily worked, moulded, and thermoformed. Low molecular mass grades are easier to mould than higher grades, but their strength is lower as a result. The toughest grades have the highest molecular mass, but are much more difficult to process.

INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM

Presses are rated by tonnage, which expresses the amount of clamping force that the machine can exert. This force keeps the mold closed during the injection process. As the granules are slowly moved forward by a screw-type plunger, the plastic is forced into a heated chamber, where it is melted. As the plunger advances, the melted plastic is forced through a nozzle that rests against the mold, allowing it to enter the mold cavity through a gate and runner system. The mold remains cold so the plastic solidifies almost as soon as the mold is filled.

PET PLASTICS EXTRUSION


                                        
PET Plastics extrusion is a high volume manufacturing process in which raw plastic material is melted and formed into a continuous profile. PET plastic extrusion produces items such as pipe/tubing, weather stripping, fence, deck railing, window frames, adhesive tape and wire insulation.
In the extrusion of plastics, raw thermoplastic material in the form of small beads is gravity fed from a top mounted hopper into the barrel of the extruder. Additives such as colorants and UV inhibitors are often used and can be mixed into the resin prior to arriving at the hopper.
Extrusion coating is using a blown or cast film process to coat an additional layer onto an existing rollstock of paper, foil or film. PET preforms manufacturers in india this process can be used to improve the characteristics of paper by coating it with polyethylene to make it more resistant to water. The extruded layer can also be used as an adhesive to bring two other materials together. A famous product that uses this technology is tetrapak.

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING


Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts from both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials. Material is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mold cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the mold cavity.[1] After a product is designed, usually by an industrial designer or an engineer, molds are made by a moldmaker (or toolmaker) from metal, usually either steel or aluminum, and precision-machined to form the features of the desired part. Injection molding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest component to entire body panels of cars.
An Injection molding machine, also known as an injection press, is a machine for manufacturing plastic products by the PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING process. It consists of two main parts, an injection unit and a clamping unit.
Injection molding machines can fasten the molds in either a horizontal or vertical position.PET preforms manufacturers in india The majority of machines are horizontally oriented, but vertical machines are used in some niche applications such as insert molding, allowing the machine to take advantage of gravity. There are many ways to fasten the tools to the platens, the most common being manual clamps  however hydraulic clamps and magnetic clamps are also used. The sequence of events during the injection mold of a plastic part is called the injection molding cycle. The cycle begins when the mold closes, followed by the injection of the polymer into the mold cavity. Once the cavity is filled, a holding pressure is maintained to compensate for material shrinkage. In the next step, the screw turns, feeding the next shot to the front screw.This causes the screw to retract as the next shot is prepared. Once the part is sufficiently cool, the mold opens and the part is ejected.

Packaging also refers to the process of design, evaluation, and production of packages. Packaging can be described as a coordinated system of preparing goods for transport, warehousing, logistics, sale, and end use. This process is, in principle, similar to the one described above; however, the pellets produced are directly (continuously or discontinuously) crystallized and then subjected to a solid-state polycondensation (SSP) in a tumbling drier or a vertical tube reactor. During this processing step, the corresponding intrinsic viscosity of 0.80 – 0.085 dℓ/g is rebuild again and, at the same time, the acetaldehyde content is reduced to < 1 ppm.
The fact that some machine manufacturers and line builders in Europe and USA make efforts to offer independent recycling processes, e.g. the so called PET-PELLETS FOR BOTTLES AND A-PET bottle-to-bottle(B-2-B) process, such as URRC or BÜHLER, aims at generally furnishing proof of the "existence" of the required extraction residues and of the removal of model contaminants according to FDA applying the so called challenge test, PET preforms manufacturers in india is necessary for the application of the treated polyester in the food sector. Bioplastics or organic plastics are a form of plastics derived from renewable biomass sources, such as vegetable oil, corn starch, pea starch,or microbiota,rather than fossil-fuel plastics which are derived from petroleum. Some, but not all, bioplastics are designed to biodegrade

STRETCH BLOW MOLDING


In the STRETCH BLOW MOLDING process, the plastic is first molded into a "preform" using the injection molding process. These preforms are produced with the necks of the bottles, including threads on one end. These preforms are packaged, and fed later (after cooling) into a reheat stretch blow molding machine. In the SBM process, the preforms are heated above their glass transition temperature, then blown using high pressure air into bottles using metal blow molds. Usually the preform is stretched with a core rod as part of the process. In the single-stage process both preform manufacture and bottle blowing are performed in the same machine. The stretching of some polymers, such as PET preforms manufacturers in india results in strain hardening of the resin, allowing the bottles to resist deforming under the pressures formed by carbonated beverages, which typically approach 60 psi.PET preforms manufacturers main applications are bottles, jars and other containers.
